These terms cover the ARCS Parking text message service operated by Access Control Group Inc.
If you choose “Text” at one of our parking kiosks, we send you a single text message containing a link to your parking ticket or your payment receipt for that transaction. That is the entire service.
You consent by selecting “Text” on the kiosk screen and entering your own mobile number. You are also offered “Print” and “No Receipt”. Consenting to a text is never required in order to park, to pay, or to receive a receipt — a printed receipt is always available. The full process is documented at our opt-in workflow page.
Only when you ask. Typically one message when you take a ticket and one when you pay on exit. We do not send recurring messages, promotions, marketing or newsletters of any kind.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the message, but your mobile carrier may charge you for receiving it, depending on your plan. Contact your carrier if you are unsure.
Reply STOP to any message and we will send no further messages to that number. You may also contact us using the details below and we will block your number.
Reply HELP for help, or contact us directly.
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
You must have a text-capable mobile phone. Messages contain a web link, so a device that can open a web page is needed to view the ticket or receipt. If you cannot receive texts, choose “Print” at the kiosk instead.
We use your number solely to send the ticket or receipt for that transaction. We do not sell, rent or share it for marketing, and we do not add it to any marketing list. See our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page.
