Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("ARCS Parking"). By using our App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

7. Text Messaging (Text to Park and Text to Pay)
We operate two text message programs, and both are started by you. Text to Park: you text PARK to the number shown on our signs, and we reply with a single message containing a link to start or pay for your parking. Text to Pay: you choose "Text" at one of our parking kiosks, and we send you a link to your parking ticket or payment receipt for that transaction.
We collect your mobile number only when you text us first, or when you enter it at a kiosk after choosing "Text". We use it solely to send the message you asked for and to support that parking transaction. We do not add it to any marketing list.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the messaging providers strictly required to deliver the message you requested.
Consenting to text messages is never required to park. You can park using the QR code on the sign, at the kiosk, or in the ARCS Parking app, at the same price. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, and reach us by replying HELP.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
